This work, written by Polish author Argentina Roma Mahieu, was released in 1976 and banned by the military dictatorship two years later by "inciting subversion" by executive decree, which forced the author into exile in Spain, where he lives so far.
Written in one night, she was inspired by a group of children playing in the park in their neighborhood and showing cruelty including Mahieu awakened the need for reflection, that led to make a metaphor about the wave of dictatorships in Latin America suffering.
The play tells the story of a group of boys / men who gather to play at nap time in a square neighborhood. Through its games - at times fictional and real-time display their personal realities we plunge into extreme situations bordering on the untenable.
